WHO ‘S BEHIND SOLIO ?

Born in Provence, into a family of winemakers, I pursued my architectural studies in Montpellier and Denmark, thus exploring the foundations of my profession. After contributing to large-scale projects in Paris, such as the energy rehabilitation of the Chevilly-Larue fire station, I felt the need to return to a more human scale and reconnect with my regional roots. This led me to establish SOLIO, a structure dedicated to architecture and creativity, encompassing all aspects of this field.

By combining local tradition with contemporary design, I strive to create architecture that is simple, economical, yet aesthetic. My goal is to create spaces that embody the essence of their locality while offering a modern and functional experience.

PERMIS DE CONSTRUIRE

I will guide you through the design of your project, taking into account your needs and desires, allowing you to envision your future space. At each stage, we will collaborate to refine the plans and anticipate economic, technical, and construction-related constraints. My role is to ensure a customized project, providing efficient management all the way to obtaining the building permit.

SUIVI DES TRAVAUX

Once the building permit is obtained, my role continues with the creation of detailed technical plans, essential for the smooth progress of the construction. I also assist you in selecting contractors, advising you on the best options in terms of quality, cost, and timeline.

Throughout the entire construction process, I ensure close monitoring to guarantee compliance with the plans, standards, and deadlines. My role is to coordinate the various stakeholders and ensure that each phase proceeds under optimal conditions, right up to the delivery of your project, meeting your expectations.
